Yearbook Orders

2011-2012 Junior High yearbook orders are due by March 26th.  The cost of each yearbook is $12.00.  Please make checks payable to Mercer County Junior High.  Students need to bring money and order forms to the school office.

Junior High Scholastic Bowl Schedule

 

Student Senate Candle Sale was a Success!

Mercer County Jr. High had a very successful fund raiser thanks to all the junior high students who went out and sold candles! Student Senate is very excited to help fund activities, trips, monthly drawings, and assemblies this year. After selling over 560 candles, we made a profit of over $2,500.00! Since this is our only fund raiser, we look forward to selling candles from now on! We expect delivery of the candles to be in two weeks. An exact date and plans for getting candle orders to students will be given soon.

Good Bye Mr. Dennison

Our Project Step Ahead Program ended in August. Mr. Dennison conducted several summer programs that included Art Camp, Chorus, Ag, Adventure Camp, Skills Camp, as well as his Summer School Program. Hundreds of students have benefited from his tireless efforts throughout the last several years as well as this summer and Mr. Dennison will be greatly missed!
