Volleyball

Participation Fee/ Form

Once again this year, there will be a participation fee for school sports. Payment of fees will be expected before the sport begins. Students will be required to pay $25 for each sport with a $50 cap for multiple sports. There is also a family cap of $150. (This excludes academic activities such as Swing Choir, Jazz Band, Science Olympiad, FFA activities, Summer Engineering Camp, and Scholastic Bowl) Families having difficulty paying these fees need to contact the Athletic Director for assistance.

Mercer County School District Ejection Policy

Mercer County School District #404 adopted a parent ejection policy in 2014

  • If a parent is ejected, for any reason, during an athletic contest, that parent is suspended for the remainder of that contest and the next contest (this includes both home and away events).  Said parent cannot attend ANY Mercer County Athletic events until the suspension is completed or 1-week after the incident occurs.

  • A second ejection, during a four-year span, results in a 5-game suspension.

  • A third suspension results in a calendar year-long ban from ANY Mercer County athletic events.

Athletic Booster Club Membership

Mercer County Eagles Athletic Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides scholarships for MCGE Student Athletes, raises funds through concession sales, memberships and special events to help support all athletic programs in Mercer County School District. If you are interested in helping out with this organization, visit the Athletic Boosters page located under the Parent / Student link above. Meetings are held the third Thursday of the Month at Mercer County High School at 6pm.
